Our team is looking for a highly motivated and organized sales candidate to fill the role of Account Executive, based in New York City. The ideal person must have experience working with national brands and agencies across multiple verticals, should possess a strong work ethic, strong presentation skills, and also have the ability to contribute and collaborate in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified sales executive looking to become a team-player, and an integral part of an early stage company headquartered in Santa Monica, California.

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain all sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory (East Coast) or category. This may include networking, independent research and agency/client visits
  • Possess thorough knowledge of H Code Media’s full suite of cross platform product offerings and services
  • Understand, demonstrate and present H Code Media’s product offerings, solutions, and services to prospective clients in a professional manner to help grow our portfolio of advertising partners
  • Develop and customize strategic and creative sales presentations, pricing and proposals as needed to help fulfill the needs of prospective agency and client partners
  • Responsible for tracking all sales activities including accounts, contacts, new leads and opportunities via our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Project and meet sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree, and background in media sales with emphasis on digital/online marketing is required
  • Quantifiable, proven track record of sales success
  • 3+ years of successful digital media sales experience and demonstrated success in working with agencies and brands in relation to advertising sales
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strategic mindset, analytical sales skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced start up / early stage environment with high potential for career growth
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking & written communication skills highly desired
  • Strong US Hispanic agency/brand contacts
  • Experience selling the US Hispanic demo
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Willingness to travel as needed

This position is full-time in New York.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Programmatic Operations and Yield Manager

H Code Media is looking for a well-rounded and highly analytical Programmatic Operations and Yield Manager who can help play a crucial role in scaling our business. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the modern digital ad tech environment (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, exchanges, Digital Publishers, Ad Servers, etc), be able to analyze data from multiple sources and make appropriate recommendations, as well as work closely with external partners to help grow business. This is a unique opportunity to make a material impact with a fast growing team while gaining front line exposure to some of the most innovative digital targeting technology in market. We are willing to shape the role based on appropriate candidates experience and expertise.

  • Become an expert at using H Code Media’s proprietary media trading platform
  • Work within the H Code Media console, as well as various 3rd party consoles, to create, manage and optimize programmatic campaigns
  • Analyze Programmatic CPM, impression and revenue delivery trends across all channels, partners, platforms, devices, and ad types
  • Perform yield optimizations to maximize ad revenue, profit margin, and campaign performance
  • Provide revenue insights and create reports highlighting trends and on-going recommendations to determine optimal floor pricing and revenue
  • Identify monetization trends across devices, ad units, and pricing to make recommendations on increasing opportunities
  • Be the day to day contact for various programmatic partners including direct publishers, SSPs, exchanges, DSPs, publishers and trading desks.
  • Identify new opportunities, ad units, and pricing strategies with partners to help achieve H Code Media goals
  • Provide feedback and input for product development efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher.) Ideally in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.).
  • 2-5 years experience in digital media/advertising in an analytical role, ideally with work experience in digital publishing, ad tech, ad operations, yield optimization, programmatic revenue, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, Nested Ifs, etc.) with ability to quickly analyze data across a variety of sources
  • Strong understanding of brand advertising KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPCV. etc) and ability to own relationships with Publishers, DSPs, SSPs and exchanges
  • Experience using Ad Severs and AdTech SaaS platforms (DFP, Krux, AdMarvel, SpotX, AdX, OpenX, Rubicon, etc.) and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Familiarity with various advertising units: Display, Video, Mobile, Native, etc.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Not scared to work hard and eager to take on more responsibility within a fast growing organization
