Parker is the founder and CEO of H Code Media. Previously he held the role of SVP, Platform Revenue at Demand Media (NYSE: DMD) where he led a team responsible for over $100m in media ad revenue. Other past companies include Blue Bite, Rubicon Project, Warner Brothers and GCA Savvian. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. In his spare time, Parker loves to travel, go to the movies and watch sports on the weekend with his good friend, Mr. Cooper, who may or may not be of the feline persuasion.
Tony is President of H Code Media, a leading U.S. Hispanic digital marketing platform. Previously, he was Head of Corporate Development at RhythmOne PLC (LON:RTHM), a publicly listed online advertising company based in London, England and San Francisco, California. He joined Blinkx PLC through the acquisition of his Company, Lyfe Mobile, a mobile programmatic advertising platform where he held the position of Co-CEO and Co-Founder. Before founding Lyfe Mobile, Tony was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Demand Media (NYSE:DMD). Previously, he co-led Strategic Planning and Corporate Development efforts at PriceGrabber.com (acquired by Experian (LON:EXPN)). Tony was also an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank and at Robertson Stephens. He holds an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University. He enjoys long walks on the beach, reading non-fiction and rooting for the Arsenal Football Club.
Jonathan is the Vice President of Sales in H Code Media. Previously, Jonathan was a founding team member for SABEResPODER™, where he served as Vice President of Business Development, and worked directly with Fortune 100 brands such as P&G, AT&T and State Farm. Other companies and prior work include DWNLD, JAM School Program, the NFL, and the NBA. In his free time, Jonathan co-founded a social fitness club, Electric Flight Crew, and fulfilled his lucha libre aspirations in the form of coaching high school wrestling at the Brentwood School for many years. He likes to travel, lives an active lifestyle, loves his UCLA Bruins, and calls Santa Monica home.
Mark Murrin is Vice President of Business Development where he leads premium supply acquisition and wider strategic partnerships. Previously, Mark lead mobile video strategy and business development at RhythmOne (previously Rhythm NewMedia) where he grew partnerships with major media companies, video ad tech platforms and helped to drive product strategy. Prior, Mark worked in Business Development at Evolve Media and spent two years in the PeaceCorps working on a micro-finance project in rural Costa Rica. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities including surfing, playing soccer, and backpacking in the High Sierras. Mark holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley in International Political Economy.
Pablo is the Sr. Director of Network Development. Previously, he created and led the Ad Operations and Network Development teams at Alcance Media Group, a US Hispanic Ad Network, where he led the launch of their mobile and video solutions. Prior, Pablo worked at 4INFO, a leading mobile ad network, where he developed the company’s first Spanish-language products. Pablo enjoys watching and playing soccer, traveling to LATAM, enjoying a nice dinner in San Francisco or hanging out with his puppy. Pablo holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and a minor in Spanish from Notre Dame de Namur University.
Danny is an Account Executive for H Code Media. Before joining H Code, Danny held US Hispanic digital sales roles at both Impremedia and Pulpo. His previous work experience also includes four years at OMD where he served all four years as a US Hispanic Strategist on accounts like State Farm, H&R Block, JCPenney and Time Warner Cable. Originally from Miami, FL, Danny has lived in New York since 2012. His hobbies include playing basketball, attending live music events and talking smack to every man, woman and child on Xbox Live. When unwinding from his competitive lifestyle, Danny also enjoys binge-watching shows everyone else has already seen.
Fernando is the Ad Operations and Network Development Specialist. Prior to H Code Media Fernando was at Alcance Media Group, a US Hispanic Ad Network, where he was key to developing the Publisher Network and managed all video, mobile and desktop advertising campaigns for US and LATAM. Previously he founded F&M Virtual Systems, where he provided technology equipment for SMEs in El Salvador, the country where he resides today. Fernando enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his family as well as trying new international cuisines. Fernando holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Don Bosco from El Salvador.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Pia is the Publisher Development Specialist for H Code Media. Prior, Pia worked at Alcance Media Group where she managed and recruited publishers from the U.S., LATAM, and Spain. In addition, she managed the company blog and social media platforms. Her passion for seeing the world led her to study abroad for a semester at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and she participated in a work abroad program in Vigo, Spain. Besides traveling, Pia loves dark chocolate, enjoys watching foreign movies, and likes to follow social media trends. Pia holds a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
Aaron is the Manager of Programmatic Media Buying at H Code Media. Before joining H Code, he anchored the online/social media buying efforts for a traditional/linear media agency, Ocean Media. Seeing a massive opportunity in online and social channels several years ago, Aaron decided to leave the non-profit sector and got his start in programmatic media with Specific Media/Viant. Other previous companies include ResCare Workforce Services and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Aaron is passionate about connecting the right message with the right consumer and maximizing efficiency along the way. He eagerly troubleshoots and investigates technical issues and identifying ways to drive further success for clients. When not making the world a better place in digital advertising, Aaron enjoys going to the beach, golfing and spending time among family and friends.
Leo is Creative Product Manager at H Code Media. He has been in digital advertising industry since 2010, working on design concepts and production to create exciting rich media ads for major brands and agencies. Before H Code Media, Leo worked as a product specialist at Celtra leading the on-boarding process for US Central & West Coast and Canada. He helped digital media producers with best practices to improve the performance of ad campaigns. Leo holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing and completed a Design and Communication Arts program at UCLA. Leo is a camper, traveler, whiskey and wine snob. He also enjoys live music, dance and theatrical performances.
Gerry is the Director of Account Management & Media Planning at H Code Media. Prior to H Code, he led the MBuy/MediaOcean West Coast AM team where he supervised end-to-end cross-media planning & implementation. Other companies include RPA, Collective and Demand Media. Gerry is passionate about media strategy and everychannel executions that deliver a holistic approach to the consumer journey. Gerry earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and got the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in Bonn, Germany. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, traveling and trying new food & wine.
Jonathan is the Manager of Programmatic Media Buying at H Code Media. Prior to H Code, he established the trafficking and ad ops team for a traditional/linear media agency, Ocean Media. While at Ocean Media he was given the opportunity to wear multiple hats which included media planning & strategy, account management and digital media buying on both programmatic and paid social platforms. Other companies include Avenue I Media, Next Step Social and MBMG Digital. Jonathan holds a double BA from California State University, Chico in Public Relations and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, going on hikes with his German Shepherd, traveling, and following LA sports teams.
Diana is an Account Manager at H Code Media. She's a strategic marketing professional with over seven years of agency and client experience, which have focused on targeting multicultural, youth, adult market segments. Previously, she worked at Doner LA with the NESTLÉ team as the Senior Account Executive. Also, Diana previously worked at Mitu Network, where she worked on projects for Diageo, Mondelēz, P&G, and much more. She also brings a rich project management background to H Code Media. Originally from Colombia, she’s fluent in English and Spanish and is an avid Salsa dancer.
Alex is an Ad Ops & Programmatic Media Buying Coordinator at H Code Media. Prior to Hcode, Alex was a member of the Ad Operations team at Internet Brands. Alex holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton in Business Marketing. In his free time, Alex enjoys playing/watching basketball, going to music festivals, staying up to date with the latest memes and coming up with nicknames for all the players on his fantasy football team.
Justin is an Analyst - Ad Operations and Programmatic Buyer at H Code Media. A proud Ant Eater, Justin received a B.A. in Cognitive Psychology at the University of California, Irvine. Before H Code Media, Justin worked in business development at Internet Brands. He developed strategic partnerships with innovative leaders in the ad tech space to help drive and grow revenue for over 150 owned and operated properties. Justin got his start at Internet Brands in Ad Operations learning skills that would be foundation of his career in advertising. Outside of the office Justin enjoys horseback riding, comedy shows and concerts.
Blake is the Vice President of Sales for the East Coast at H Code Media. Prior to joining, he worked in a Sr. Sales Director role at Pulpo Media where he led the national sales organization in terms of revenue & new business development by partnering with international brands including AT&T, Unilever, Audi/VW and more. Other digital sales exposure includes time at 140 Proof & AccuWeather preceded by 5 years of account management experience at two well-known creative agencies, Young & Rubicam and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. In his spare time, Blake supports his wife's liquor-infused ice cream company known as Tipsy Scoop and enjoys playing golf, cooking and maintaining his southern roots by cheering on his alma mater, the University of Tennessee's football & basketball programs.
